KLC 1000 UV,KLC1000说明书电路图及维修手册,应用超低氮燃烧器FGR电眼。

KLC1000系列是一种紧凑的紫外火焰检测器,适用于燃气和燃油等单个火焰燃烧的应用场合。新品KLC1000独有的防水蒸气保护设计,使得它可以更好的适用于带有FGR的燃烧器上,比同功能的火检有更好的表现,但要彻底解决FGR的防水蒸气的问题,建议选用IFX10系列火检(IP65)。该火检内置了紫外传感器、放大器、滤波器,因此无需额外电路,通电后即可实现完整的火焰探测功能;探测到火焰后,将模拟的信号,输出到Signal信号线。 

火焰探测器配有指示灯来指示火焰信号有无。

紫外线传感器的设计确保火焰探测器不会对来自热耐火材料或任何其他红外光源的背景辐射产生误检测。

 

The UV flame controller KLC 10 is a flame controller, which has been developed for single flame combustion which produces little light or radiation in the visible spectrum and has very low flame modulation/flicker frequency. The design of the UV sensor ensures that the flame controller does not react to background radiation from hot refractory or from any other infra-red light source. Adjustments during commissioning and maintenance are not necessary!
The UV flame detector is equipped with an optical interface which visibly indicates the flame signal intensity. The KLC 10 can be connected directly to the ionisation or LDR input of the control box. It is compatible in its physical dimensions and connection capability to other series KLC flame controlles.The flame controller renders available to the burner control the safety-oriented binary signals for "Flame ON/OFF".The UV flame controller has to be disconnected started up once in a day.For safety reasons and technical regulations a controlled burner shut down at least once per 24 hours must be guaranteed.The flame controller KLC 10 has been developed to meet the requirements of European Standards EN298:2012-11 for burner management control units which make a ‘no-flame’ check after normal burner shut down when the flame amplifier is permanently energised.Before 24h contiuous burner running time is to ensure that the burner control system is restarted. For safety reasons and technical regulations a controlled burner shut down at least once per 24 hours must be guaranteed. With the model KLC 10 it is mandatory that the control unit or burner management system is of the type which performs a flame check for ‘no flame presence’ on burner shut down.  Such that both the burner is checked for possible ‘after burn’ and that the UV tube it-self is checked for soundness. The model KLC 10 can only be used with intermittent  control units which perform this flame check on shut-down. Otherwise use the model  KLC 11.

紫外线火焰控制器KLC10是一种火焰控制器,它是为单火焰燃烧而开发的,在可见光谱中产生很少的光或辐射,并且火焰调制/闪烁频率非常低。紫外线传感器的设计确保火焰控制器不会对高温耐火材料或任何其他红外线光源的背景辐射产生反应。调试和维护期间无需调整!紫外火焰检测器配有光学接口,可直观显示火焰信号强度。klc10可以直接连接到控制箱的电离或LDR输入。它的物理尺寸和连接能力与其他系列KLC火焰控制兼容。火焰控制器向燃烧器提供用于“火焰开启/关闭”的面向安全的二进制信号。UV火焰控制器必须每天断开一次。出于安全原因和技术规定,必须保证受控燃烧器每24小时至少关闭一次。火焰控制器klc10已开发,以满足欧洲EN298:2012-11标准对燃烧器管理控制单元的要求,该单元在火焰放大器永久通电时,在正常燃烧器关闭后进行“无火焰”检查。24小时连续燃烧器运行时间是为了保证燃烧器控制系统重新启动。出于安全原因和技术规定,必须保证受控燃烧器每24小时至少关闭一次。对于KLC 10型,强制要求控制单元或燃烧器管理系统是这样一种类型,即对关闭的燃烧器进行火焰检查,以确定“没有火焰存在”。这样既要检查燃烧器是否有可能“燃烧后”,也要检查紫外线管本身是否完好。klc10型只能用于间歇控制单元,在关闭时进行火焰检查。
